Founded in Dubai in 2024 by A.G. and launched across six GCC markets in 2026, Novra Foods was created to address a specific gap: premium plant-based snacking for a region that demands the highest standard from every category it enters. Every Novra product is Halal-certified, plant-based, gluten-free, and non-GMO. The range spans three base formats — corn cakes, whole-grain rice cakes, and high-protein pea crisps — with flavour profiles developed across 28 formulation iterations before launch.
